How do we control quality in the machining process?
Machining inspection is easily ignored by most of factories. But in Dervos, our QC team values it as much as the final round inspection.
After casting checking, factories will start the machining process. During this period, the QC will visit the factory randomly to check the machining accuracy, the flange drilling, face to face dimension, sealing face grinding and et cetera.
This step will help find mistakes at an early stage, assure the good quality of valve internals and also secure the delivery time.
