Classification of vacuum valve:

According to working pressure: low vacuum valve, high vacuum valve and ultra high vacuum valve.

According to the structural characteristics: butterfly valve, ball valve, diaphragm valve, baffle valve, angle valve, straight valve, three-way valve.

According to the transmission principle: pneumatic vacuum valve, electric vacuum valve, electromagnetic vacuum valve.

According to material: stainless steel vacuum valve, carbon steel vacuum valve, aluminum vacuum valve.

According to the sealing material: metal sealed vacuum valve, non-metal sealed vacuum valve.

 

Application of Vacuum Valves:

Butterfly valves are straight through type valves and their driving mode (manual, pneumatic, electric) is determined by users. Opening angle for manual butterfly valves can be adjusted randomly, as well as intelligent pneumatic butterfly valves and intelligent electric butterfly valves.

 

Baffle valves are used in situations where high vacuum or piping size is required. This valve has a leakage rate of 10-7Pa.L / S and has a two-way seal. The user will decide the driving mode (manual, pneumatic, electric). Both the pneumatic flapper valve and the electric flapper valve are equipped with a signal feedback unit.

 

Compared with straight-through diaphragm valve and straight-through ball valve, the flapper valve is more widely used in the angle and three places of the vacuum pipeline, and its driving method is determined by the user. GDC-J electromagnetic high vacuum baffle valve has a metal bellows seal. It has a wide range of applications in baffle valves and can be used as an inflation valve. Moreover, their mounting position is not limited by the output of the feedback signal.

 

In order to prevent the mechanical vacuum pump from returning oil, the electric vacuum inflation valve and the electric vacuum differential pressure valve are installed at the air inlet of the mechanical vacuum pump, and open and close in synchronization with the pump. Generally, they cannot be used in place of vacuum systems. The advantages of electric vacuum differential pressure valve are low power consumption and energy saving.
